Dammit' possums! Leave my garden alone! This one was just about ready to harvest too. Dammit!
Dammit' possums! Leave my garden alone! This one was just about ready to harvest too. Dammit!
I blame the possum from last night.
It could have been the family of squirrels that live in the Mesquite Trees in the back yard.
Perhaps it was the multitude of birds that claim the backyard as their own.
Pissed I am.
It is another hot summer day in San Antonio. A sane person would not turn on the oven to bake a pizza. I am not so sane.
So I was craving my world famous White Pizza. OK, so by world famous I mean known and loved by my small circle of friends.
I long ago stole this recipe from the internet so I do apologize that I can no longer give proper credit to the proper chef for this easy, cutting corners, dish.
----------------------------------------------------------------
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Spray pizza stone with non-stick spray.
Spread can of refrigerated pizza dough on stone.
Bake in oven for eight minutes or until crust just begins to brown.
Remove crust and top with these ingredients in this exact order.
1/2 cup of Alfredo Sauce
Large bag of shredded cheese for pizza.
1/4 diced onion.
Package of cooked chicken thighs.
3 diced garlic cloves.
1/4 cup of shredded Parmesan cheese.
1 tablespoon of Italian Seasoning
Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese begins to bubble.
Enjoy.

You guys are lucky I didn't prepare Possum Stew after the Possum debacle from last night.
