Again found this recipe for three cheese grilled cheese in the latest issue of Food Network Magazine. This sandwich was cheese overload. I thought I should unlock the doors and have my phone set for 911 because I was certain I was going to choke on all that cheese.
Found this recipe online and knew it would be a winner.
This recipe makes a lot of servings and next time I will cut the recipe in half. It was a bit thick for my preference but my guests all loved it. The addition of the Chess Cookies instead of Vanilla Wafers was a big hit too. The outcome definitely lived up to the hype of the title of the recipe.
