REVIEW: My own Bacon & Egg Pizza

Found this recipe in the Food Network Magazine and thought I'd give it a try today for lunch.

Recipe was simple:  top 6 inch round dough with diced raw bacon. Bake until crisp. Crack egg  onto top and add olive oil, salt & pepper. Bake until egg is set.

I topped mine with red chile flakes.

I told my friend Violetta I could just have easily slapped this on a tortilla and had a similar effect.

PS:  Maybe next time I'll slap some cheese and/or salsa on there.
