I heart cheesecake and I heart coconut.  Ta Da!!!  Emirile Lagasse has a recipe that I have found that is to die for.  Yes I did just end a sentence with a preposition.

Crazy cake expands five layers high while in the oven and actually nearly grazed the top of the oven.  Crazy cake.  

This recipe also has three pounds of creme cheese.  That's a lot of dairy.

I forgot to make the Lemon Curd Sauce which would have probably made this very good dish, even better.
