1.  For the lazy way out of cooking, you head on down to your local HEB and purchase the pre-packaged Caldo de Pollo found in your meat market.

2.  Follow directions.

3.  Enjoy.

4.  If you are me, you enjoy with left-over Bacon Cornbread and honey butter from yesterday.

PS:  I actually prefer the Caldo de Res but they were out on my grocery shopping day. 

PPS:  I actually cook this all day in the slow-cooker and the meat comes out pull-apart super tender.
