Did you see my Hand Pies from yesterday?  They are here and they were delicious.  All gone now so I made another batch of something good. 

Picked up a bunch of Fredericksburg peaches from my local HEB and decided to make a Peaches and Creme filling.  

These came out pretty good.  The dough is the same recipe from yesterday and I found a peaches and creme filling here.  

PS:  tomorrow I'm thinking something savory.  

PPS:  this is a good crop of peaches I am told.  Sweet and juicy and tart all in one.
