I heart this time of year.  Every meal or drink I prepare is so enhanced by the wonderful flavor of Hatch green chile.

Tuesday I had Green Chile Pork Sausage.

Yesterday for lunch I made my State Line Green Chile Meatball Sandwich.

Last Night we had Green Chile Bloody Mary's. 

All of this was ever so delicious so get yourself to Central Market and get a batch of fresh green chile. Experiment with your own dishes.  I guarantee you will enjoy.
